Dr. Tristen Naylor, PhD is an accomplished academic and admissions consultant with experience at leading universities including Oxford, Cambridge, and the London School of Economics. With over a decade of teaching and administrative work, he brings deep expertise in guiding students through competitive undergraduate and postgraduate admissions.

He is the Co‑Founder and Executive Director of the Oxbridge Diplomatic Academy. With 20 years in international affairs, he advises heads of government, ministers, and business leaders, and is an on‑air/in‑print expert for BBC, AP, Reuters, France24, CBC, and ABC. He sits on advisory boards for London Politica and The Hague Journal of International Diplomacy. Former roles include Assistant Professor at Cambridge, Lecturer in Diplomatic Studies at Oxford, Fellow at LSE, Visiting Professor at NYU Abu Dhabi, and Foreign Policy Analyst/Advisor to the Government of Canada. Awards include LSE’s Excellence in Education (2019), Oxford’s Most Acclaimed Lecturer (2016), and the Canadian Public Service Award of Excellence (2008).
