Ms. Ada Wong

Ms. Ada Wong has over 20 years of experience in consumer, real estate and financial industry. She previously served as CEO of Champion REIT (HKEX: 2778), the second largest REIT in Hong Kong; Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Investment Officer for EC Healthcare (HKEX: 2138), the largest non-hospital medical group in Hong Kong, and CEO of Pure Group, one of the largest fitness and yoga chains in Asia. . Earlier in her career, she worked in the investment banking divisions of Citigroup and J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong and New York, advising major blue-chip companies and executing landmark IPOs, capital markets and M&A transactions.
Ms. Wong has received numerous leadership and ESG accolades, including the Distinguished Sustainability Leadership Award 2021 (HKMA), Best CEO in The Asset ESG Corporate Awards 2020, FinanceAsia Best CEO 2020, and Asia’s Best CEO (Corporate Governance Asia, 2017–2020). She is a Fellow member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and holds a BBA from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business with high distinction.
Dr. Mariana Kou

Dr. Mariana Kou is an executive and board director with extensive experience in education, finance, and capital markets. She holds a Doctor of Education from USC, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BBA (magna cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship certificate. She has been a CFA charterholder since 2011 and is a member of multiple academic honor societies.
Dr. Kou currently serves as Chairperson and Executive Director of Cinese International Group Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1620) and as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Greatview Aseptic Packaging (HKEX: 0468). She is also a member of the Modern Finance Industry Task Force under the Macau SAR Government.
Previously, she was CEO of Research Study Education Group, an adviser to EdTechX Holdings Acquisition Corp. II, and an independent director of Aetherium Acquisition Corp. She earlier spent nearly a decade at CLSA, becoming Head of China Education and Hong Kong Consumer Research and contributing to 12 IPOs.
