Jay graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the City University of New York with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Upon relocating to Hong Kong, he provided tutoring services to students from DGS, St Clare’s Girls’ School, and Ying Wa Girls’ School to prepare them for the DSE English examination during the initial years of its introduction.

Motivated by a genuine desire to help others and create positive impact, he launched his teaching journey as a writing tutor at City University of New York – York College and finds education to be the ideal career aligned with his personality.
